Free — the identity audit starter
Seven questions that reveal the identity running your money, your body, and your relationships.
Answer them honestly, in one sitting. Do not write what sounds good. Write what is true. The pattern will be visible by question five.
-
01 · Money
When money comes in, who do you become? Write the exact sentence you say about yourself the week after you get paid.
-
02 · Keeping
What do you believe you are allowed to keep? Not what you want — what you believe you are allowed to hold on to.
-
03 · The body
What does your body currently prove about who you think you are? Answer without judging yourself for the answer.
-
04 · Being chosen
In relationships, what do you expect to happen eventually? Say the ending out loud. That expectation is an identity, not a prediction.
-
05 · The betrayal
Where do you break your own word in small ways? List two. Those are the places self-trust leaks out.
-
06 · The story
Finish this sentence honestly: “People like me always…” Then ask who taught you that.
-
07 · The next you
Name the person who already has what you want. What do they do daily that you do not — not because they try harder, but because they would not consider doing otherwise?
When you are done
Read your answers back in one pass. You are not looking for problems. You are looking for the identity that would produce all of these answers at once. That is the one we change.
