1. Agreement

By using mireleseffect.com or purchasing from Mireles Effect, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Mireles Effect provides coaching, courses, digital products, and community access. Descriptions are provided at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout unless a payment plan is offered. If a payment plan is selected, the purchaser is responsible for the agreed payments.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to coaching, courses, digital products, and community access.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Recurring memberships may be canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund payments already made. Coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice are considered used.

6. Content

Mireles Effect content and materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, shared, or redistributed without permission.

7. Results Disclaimer

Coaching and content are for personal development and educational purposes. Specific results are not guaranteed. Mireles Effect does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

8. Community Conduct

Members are expected to be respectful. Access may be removed for harassment, abuse, spam, or sharing paid materials.
